Now, you know that your inner layer is 100% yours and therefore, you can control your thoughts and feelings 100% even though it is not easy.
Also, you now know that the key factor of your taking actions is your emotional involvement. You need to have a burning desire to do whatever you want to do.
When you take actions, you will get reactions, which are changes happening in the outer layer. In other words, you will create your reality.
If you want to improve any aspect of your life, taking action is necessary. Wishing, praying, hoping, positive thinking alone don't make any difference as far as I know.
You may think it is your will power that causes your actions. While your will power is important, the real key is your emotion, your feelings.
The world has two layers. The outer layer is objective. It consists of environments, conditions, and circumstances. The inner layer is subjective. It consists of thoughts and feelings.
Because of its nature, the inner layer is totally yours. Which means, you have 100% control over it.
We live in a world which has two layers, an inner layer and an outer layer. The outer layer is same for all of us. In other words, it is objective. On the other hand, the inner layer is private and subjective. No one can see your inner layer because it's private. More importantly, the inner layer defines your life. How?
Instead of pursuing happiness, it is better to make BLISS your target.
Why? Because happiness fluctuates while bliss doesn't.
The key to get bliss is to understand mind. And it is not an easy thing to do. It takes time. It takes persistence. It takes determination. But it is possible.
Happiness depends on circumstances while bliss doesn't. Bliss comes when you know that the world is simply a creation of your mind.
What is mind?
Mind is not you. You have it. For most people, however, it owns them. That is a problem.
The key is to understand mind and use it effectively.
Happiness and unhappiness are the opposite sides of the same coin. You cannot be happy all the time and you cannot be unhappy all the time either.
The reason is the fact that your happiness depends on something outside such as environments, circumstances, and conditions. To go beyond happiness and to feel good all the time, you need to focus on something within, something inside. Because outside conditions necessarily can be controlled by you all the time.
Everybody wants to be happy. Happiness is something all of us strive for.
What is happiness by the way? It is not easy to explain by words but we all know when we are happy.
Most people use the word as synonym of pleasantness. If it is the case for you, you may want to rethink a little bit.
