If you want something so badly in your heart, your struggle isn't an issue. In other words, you avoid struggles at any cost if you don't know what you really want.
Once you know what you really want, you will ultimately overcome and transcend struggles you will face on the way. It's not easy and you need to motivate yourself from time to time.
The video helps you to motivate yourself. Remember your biggest want, aspiration, dream.
So, the question is whether you focus on something you want or something you don't want. It works either way. Obviously, you want to focus on something positive for you. It sounds easy but not always. Most of time, people are thinking about what they don't like. Complaining, blaming, worrying....etc.
The key is to train and tame your mind to consciously direct your attention to what you want. Then, you mind has no space for thinking something negative. You need to handle some negative things in life but you don't have to be attached to those things.
To train your mind, just before going to bed is the best time because we have access directly to our subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is the one that thinks negative things without our conscious choice.
