I searched a video for what I was thing about, which was building skills. And found something I wanted to watch.
Most people including me are satisfied with theory or talking about things without actually doing them. Until we actually do what we want to do, theory is useless. Theory is helpful only when you apply it to your practice. We tend to get top-heavy with information and knowledge.
It applies to everything including my biggest project. I need to practice more on my biggest project, which is speaking. Let me think about it for this end of the year period. In 2018, I started my seminar, which didn't go well. And I changed my strategy from live seminar to online recorded videos. It didn't go well either. One thing I realized was that I need to study more on the topics. That's very true. I need to be good at what I am doing. Otherwise, nobody pays attention to it. However, at the same time, as the video says, I need to practice even though the quality is not good enough. Let me think. In 2020, I will do something a bit differently based on my learning through experiences I got for the last few years.
