Not everyone says so, but everyone is seeking success. Even though, not everyone knows what success is.
What is success? Let us call this success. "If you get what you want, you are successful." Not a very bad definition I guess.
Then, the question turns into "What do you want?" Do you know what you want?
I thought I wanted something long ago. But it turned out that I didn't know what I really wanted at that time. Or, maybe what I want changes over time. Probably, it is the way it is.
Then, time goes by. You get a bit wealthier and get older too. You may shift what you want from wealth to health because health is now more important than wealth for you. That's fine. Also, probably, your relationship with your family members and others gets more importance for you. That's totally understandable. No problem.
Over time, what you want changes. But fundamentally, all of your desires are just one same thing. Your happiness. You want to be just happy. You just think you will become happy when you are wealthy. You just think your good health makes you happy. Or so on. So, why not happy without those things?
