It is much clearer to me now that the key to success is to make mistakes. It sounds ridiculous and counter intuitive. But it is true.
Most people try to avoid mistakes because they are painful, hurting and humiliating. Nobody wants to make mistakes unless they have something big in their mind.
Making mistakes force you to learn something you didn't know at the point. You may need to make the same kind of mistake if you haven't learned the lesson.
