Placebo is a noun, a substance that is not a medicine, used as standard of comparison in testing the effectiveness of a new medicine.

It is said that even 30% of the effect comes from placebo. Without taking a medicine, you get certain effect by just thinking you took the medicine. It is quite an interesting phenomenon.

Our bodies are trying to be aligned with our thoughts. Our thoughts affect how our bodies work. This means we can change chemicals in our bodies by our thoughts. Thoughts have that kind of power. We don't really realize it yet.
