There are two models mentioned in the video. One is very simple and the other is a bit complicate or advanced.
Personally, I am not fully satisfied with only the first model, which is easy to grasp for all. The second model is somehow going beyond the concept of positive and negative.
'Think positive' is a good strategy for most of the time. However, negativity is not that bad to have once in a while.
It is OK as far as you recognize your negativity in you. Then, you can change it. What is not good is to be the negativity yourself, taken over by the negativity. Positive or negative is just a perception of your mind. The reality is not positive nor negative. It just is.
