We become what we think. If I think something negative, I become negative. If I think something positive, I become positive. It's that simple.
It's like putting energy by thinking it. You literally pay attention to what you think about. The attention is energy and the energy makes the thing you think about expand.
This is amazing because you now know you become whatever you want by thinking it, paying attention to it. If you put enough energy on what you want, what you want becomes you.
The key is to train and tame your mind to consciously direct your attention to what you want. Then, you mind has no space for thinking something negative. You need to handle some negative things in life but you don't have to be attached to those things.
To train your mind, just before going to bed is the best time because we have access directly to our subconscious mind. Our subconscious mind is the one that thinks negative things without our conscious choice.
