| The video is classic and it's worth revisiting once in a while. Everybody needs to be aware why they are doing what they are doing. I get questions from my audience about how to get something. Usually they are seeking some tips and tricks that make them to get they want easily. It is a natural human behavior. We want to take easier way if possible. Nothing wrong with it. Actually, it serves us very well. If we didn't seek a better and easier way to move, we wouldn't have invented cars. The problem is that we tend to avoid to admit the fact anything worthwhile is always uphill, it demands your effort. And you need a strong why that makes you strong enough to do the effort. |
| Tesla is different from other automakers because of the 'why' Elon has in his mind. It's not the car that attracts people. It's his vision of sustainable transportation. Other automakers can make great electric cars for sure. But they lack the vision equivalent to Musk's. They are contradicting to themselves making combustion engine cars at the same time. They can't envision the same level of sustainable transportation as Musk's. That's the difference. That's the reason people are so attracted by him and his company. |
